Dear Resident,
On behalf of Mayor John H. Land, the City Council and the city staff, it is with great pride that I welcome you to Apopka. It is such a pleasure to have you as a member of our community. We hope you will enjoy your new home and take advantage of the many amenities our city has to offer.
If you have not already received a reference booklet from the City of Apopka, please stop by city hall Monday through Friday during normal business hours. It is located at 120 E. Main Street. Or contact the receptionist at 407-703-1700. This booklet is packed full of information about our city and is a valuable reference tool to help you become familiar with your new community. Also, be sure to visit our web site at: www.apopka.net.
Remember…you will need to update your voter registration information to reflect your new address and district. You can do so by contacting the Orange County Supervisor of Elections office at 407-836-2070 Monday through Friday between 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Or you can visit their web site at: www.ocfelections.com Information is available in English and Spanish.
If you have any questions, concerns or specific issues you would like to discuss, please don’t hesitate to contact me at your convenience via phone at: 407-484-3597 or via email at: kathyspud@aol.com. If you send an email, I would ask that you indicate you are a new resident, without attachments so the file will not be mistaken for spam. Thank you! Again, welcome to our community and I look forward to assisting you in the future.
Respectfully,
Kathy S. Till
